Sustainability

Reducing the climate impact from real estate infrastructure is essential for the future health of the Maine economy and our local communities. Waypoint Brokers Collective is committed to advancing sustainability in the real estate industry in whatever ways we can. We are improving business operations to be more sustainable, enhancing our client services with education and resources, and centering sustainability in our community advocacy and outreach work. In 2024 Waypoint Brokers Collective joined 1% for the Planet, committing 1% of our gross annual sales to Maine-based nonprofits focused on the environment. Additionally, all Waypoint agents are required to achieve their Green Designation, ensuring they have specialized knowledge on the intersection of sustainability and real estate.
